After discussing this at length with my shipping partner CLOWNBLEACH we're taking the implications within the Suicide Squad movie and novelisation that Harley was indeed pregnant at some point in time before she was incarcerated as canon. However, due to heavy trauma caused by a car crash in fleeing from Batman, both twins were miscarried at 12 weeks. Due to this she can no longer have children. There will be mention of this in our writing and will be tagged appropriately.
